♦ (1) Customer/member may cancel the order by informing the company, Subject to acceptance of such cancellation by the company and if such cancellation is before the product is dispatched then in such an event the full amount will be refunded.
♦ (2) Already shipped product cannot be cancelled,
♦ (3) If the customer / member desired to cancel any order for purchase of clocks, Such cancellation request should be emailed to the company at firstname.lastname@example.org followed by a call to the support desk of the company minimum 1 working day before the product has been dispatched / shipped for delivery to the customer / member.
♦ (4) Company reserves the right to cancel an order in case of an error, fraud or if accidental miscommunication on product or pricing etc. Has taken place.
♦ (5) The customer shall have the option to cancel the order in case the shipment delayed by 8 numbers of days beyond the indicated shipment time line and the company shall refund the entire amount paid by the customer towards the said order.
♦ (1) In case the customer is not satisfied with the product/s, the customer can return the same within 7 days from the date of delivery thereof.
♦ (2) The 100% retail sale price shall be refunded.
♦ (3) Other general conditions for return:
♦ 3.1 A customer should place a request for return by calling the customer support desk of the company.
♦ 3.2 All requests for return of products should be placed within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return request after (7) days from delivery will be entertained or processed.
♦ 3.3 Upon request being received from customer for return, customer support desk review and authorise return request.
♦ 3.4 Customer need to ship the product back to company. Please note if you return product the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
♦ 3.5 The product should be unused and in original condition.
♦ 3.6 If any products is damaged altered it will not to be considered for return.
♦ 3.7 Original invoice copy, warranty card should be produced at with the return.
♦ 3.8 If the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, than the company shall only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.
♦ 3.9 In case of refunds, the refund amount shall be returned by the company to the customer through the same payment channel/gate way through which it was received within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of product along with warranty card and invoice and subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.
